I have been going to Eliza's Place for years. Love it. I would call the cafe good quality traditional. Not modern - that is high praise. I particularly like the big breakfast and savoury mince breakfast, but I like the other meals as well.
Eliza’s place is the best breakfast cafe ive ever been to. Big breakfast is extremely well made and is served with great portions. Toast is fluffy and bacon is perfectly crispy.
I went to Eliza’ Place often when I worked near by. I have given this coffee shop 5 stars due to the fact that each time I went to buy my “takeaway”cappuccino or mocha it was always made well. I have never received a flat white or very bland coffee. Some coffee makers seem to think that just because you order a “takeaway” coffee they don’t have to pay much care and attention into making your coffee properly. By putting the lid on your coffee they can get away with serving you a badly made “takeaway” cup of coffee. Yuk!
My first visit to Eliza's Place this morning but it won't be the last. What a lovely, welcoming sparkling clean cafe! The service was friendly and efficient and the savoury mince was delicious.
Enjoyed a lovely brunch here . The coffee was my favourite. Merlo. The food was so good. Tasty and extremely filling. A good size serve. Turkish bread with avocado and salad. Sorry. Can't remember the name. Will be heading back soon. Thankyou.

Always a lovely experience visiting Eliza’s Place! I first discovered Eliza’s 8 years ago and since then I am pleased to say they have outdone themselves in maintaining consistency. Consistently delivering kindness with every meal, the staff here provide amazing meals and you can tell each is made with love. I can highly recommend the orange and almond cake and also the coconut ice from the cabinet! From the menu, the avocado on toast is not only delicious but so aesthetically pleasing. The staff always treat customers with respect, and personally, as someone with multiple dietary requirements, they have always tried to accomodate me as best as possible. Thank you Eliza’s Place for keeping me, and so many regulars fed and happy!
Think 70's cafe filled with love. The decor was ab fab, understated and kind of elegant. The atmo made it with the great staff tending to our every wish. We went for a High Tea on Friday lunch so it wasn't crowded. Paid off. We reserved and it was all set up ready to go. So kind of them to do a one of for 2 people as the minimum usually was 4. It was empty when we started and full when we left and they close at 2pm! Wild stuff. My partner really appreciated the Japanese vintage tea set. All the nibbles were just right, savoury not overly salty, sweets not overly sweet. Bar the cupcake icing. Perfect! The cheesey croquettes won us over. Good vibe, caring staff. Very reasonable prices. Stay positive, LAKE 🙏🛹🤙
